It is ideally located in the heart of the Martray district in Ars en Ré and close to the beach and restaurants.The house is comfortable and has a spacious living room/lounge with a fully equipped independent open kitchen.ON THE GROUND FLOOR:Spacious, bright living area with a lounge area and independent kitchen.Master Bedroom: 1 double bed 140x200 with 1 private en-suite bathroom.Room 2: 1 double bed 160x200.Room 3: 1 double bed 160x200.ON THE FIRST FLOOR:Room 4: 2 single beds 90x180.You will find in the house 1 washroom and a bathroom as well as 2 toilets.The house is non-smoking.The swimming pool is heated from 1st April to 15th October.The heat pumps of our pools are programmed to heat up to 28°. The effective water temperature of our pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the water temperature of the pools and a cold climate decreases the water temperature of the pools.Pets are not allowed.The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Île de Ré! Île de Ré offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays with one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Almost everything can be done by bike and on foot, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island that is 30 kilometres long.
