Your apartment tour:
Upon entry, you’ll find a storage closet for your convenience. To the right, there is a first bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a wardrobe.
Further down the hallway, you’ll find a bathroom with a shower, an additional closet, and a separate WC.
The fully equipped open kitchen leads into the air-conditioned living room, furnished with a sofa, TV, and dining area. Large bay windows allow for plenty of natural light and open onto the garden.
From the living room, you can access the master suite, which features air conditioning, a 200x180 cm bed, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also has a large bay window opening onto the garden.
The west-facing outdoor space is fully furnished with a dining area, a coffee corner, and lounge chairs. A private gate provides direct access to the Croisette—simply cross the street to reach the beach and port.
A private underground garage, located 2 minutes away on foot, is available for your use.

From Nice Airport: About 30 minutes by car via the A8 highway.
From Cannes Train Station: About 35 minutes on foot or 20 minutes by bus.
