Unique Massanutten Lodge, Hot Tub, Game Room w/foosball and Gorgeous Views!!

This house provides three floors of vacation living topped with a Crow’s Nest with panoramic views of the Massanutten and Blue Ridge Mountains.

Enter in on the main level into a great room with two complete walls of windows to enjoy the forest in privacy with green space on three sides. There you will find the family room w/fireplace, a large flat screen TV and DVD player that can be seen from everywhere including the dining area and fully furnished kitchen (granite and stainless steel appliances) and a bar with 3 barstools. also dining area with a table that seats 8. The hallway off of family room has a large bathroom with a tub shower combo and double sinks and a stackable washer/dryer laundry room off of it. Next down hall is two bedrooms one with twin over double bunk bed and the other bedroom a queen bed.

Take the steps up to the second floor to a fabulous master bedroom suite . It has lovely wood furniture a queen bed, large flat screen TV, DVD player, and a large master bath with a walk in shower and a Jacuzzi Tub with windows to relax and enjoy the views. It has a beautiful spiral staircase leading to the Crow’s Nest where you can enjoy your coffee, read, meditate and most of all relax.

Then, there is the basement with family/game room with large flat-screen TV, lots of seating and a regulation sized foosball table. There is a bedroom next to this with king bed and dresser that has a 32” flat screen TV, DVD player, and sliding glass doors to the covered deck. Next to this is another bedroom with a queen bed with sliding glass doors to the deck. There is a lovely, newly-renovated bathroom with a tub shower combo for all in the basement to share. There is a second full laundry room.

There is 2 levels of covered deck for you to enjoy with a spiral staircase between levels and heated spa for 6 on upper deck also there is large propane grill and patio furniture to set in and enjoy the beautiful outdoors!

This home is one of the most uniquely beautiful homes in the Massanutten Resort area and everyone who has stayed here has loved it. It is very close to many of the activities and amenities.

We provide linens/ pillows for all the beds. They will be made and ready for you when you arrive.

In the summer, we provide a Guest Pass so that our visitors can use the private Owners Swimming Pool complex in the resort - minutes away. (Guest staying at any rental home in the resort are charged a daily user fee at the pool even with the pass.)

Great place for JMU graduation

This property is clean and thoughtfully well-stocked. The deck was a lovely place to gather. Tip if you're looking to accommodate a group for graduation: We had 10 stay at this property ("Unique Massanutten Lodge") and two sets of grandparents stay at the Massanutten Resort Hotel (2-3 mi. quiet, easy drive up the mountain).

Fun mountain getaway

Relaxing Weekend

Enjoyed our stay as the home is nicely located in the woods and within driving distance from various parks including Shenandoah National Park. Well stocked and we loved the welcome package. An air fryer will make the kitchen complete.

Great experience,

Our stay went very well. It was all as shown and I would recommend it for anyone needing a house this size. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Host, Michelle, was good with communication and even provided care package of goodies.

Mountain retreat

Myself and 4 girl friends stayed here for a moms retreat away. The house was insanely clean, tidy, fit all of our needs and was perfect for a restful weekend away! Wonderfully detailed instructions regarding the driveway and door locks, all of which was very helpful! Communication with the owner was timely and helpful. We enjoyed this house very much!

Amazing experience!

First , Michelle the host is incredible!. The communication is flawless and fast. The house had everything we needed and then some. It was really nice to have two sets of laundry machines for each floor and the kitchen that was fully stocked! The house is well. Kept, clean, well equipped. Winter Retreat

The Foosball table is a high quality, sturdy game table that will thrill 4 players. The game balls are solid with some heft, nothing like ping pong balls I’ve seen on other tables. This is indicative of the quality and attention to detail that every part of the house has. It is no surprise that all reviews are 5 stars!

great family springboard

The hot tub was a nightly must for the adults, the foosballl table a daily challenge for the kids, the spacious rooms and abundant wraparound porch gave plenty of space for games of hide and seek. We gave the huge master suite to the daughter's family with a newborn, which allowed them the privacy they needed for getting up during the night without disturbing anyone else. The location allowed family members access to the water park, hiking in Shenandoah National Park, seeing Luray caverns, visiting a lavender farm and a llama/alpaca farm, enjoying local pottery and being able to find foods we could cook for ourselves on the grill or in the kitchen. An excellent experience.

Excellent home for JMU graduation

We rented this beautiful home for our daughter's graduation from JMU. It was perfect for our family of 9 (my husband & me, our daughter & son, both sets of grandparents, and our daughter's roommate. The house is exactly as pictured, immaculate, very nice bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious living areas, fully-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, a beautiful covered deck, a hot tub that the younger generation enjoyed, foosball, games, books, and a basket of goodies to greet us! Michelle was very responsive both before and during our stay. She answered all my questions, responded quickly, and provided all the information we needed. We took advantage of the riding stable at the resort, as three of us went on a trail ride one afternoon. I would definitely consider this beautiful house again if I visit Massanutten!

Wonderful Retreat in the Mountains

This was probably the best VRBO home we've ever rented. The photos in the listing don't do it justice. The home is incredibly well kept, comfortable and clean. The kitchen was stocked with all sorts of staples as well as a basket of goodies. The closets all had extra blankets and pillows in case they were needed. The hot tub was great. There was a nice selection of board games in the hall closet that we took advantage of. The kids loved the foosball table. Check-in was simple and communication with Michelle was easy. Having the rental include all of the sheets and towels as well as basic items like paper towels and TP are really a big deal. I wish more owners were like Michelle and more properties were as great as this one!

Great house. 3 super bedrooms and 2 that are nice but a little smaller. Kitchen is compact but has tons of tools and gadgets. Generous supplies - trash bags, laundry detergent, hand soap, bag of ice, dish soaps, toilet paper, etc. Managed to park 6 vehicles by “stacking them” and still have room to turn around. Hot tub felt great. Good outdoor space on the decks. Nice to have lower decking and stairs connecting. Massanutten Resort had loads of fun stuff to do. Water Park is a bit pricey.

Great time
