The interior layout of the villa, resolutely modern, will allow you to fully enjoy the beautiful bright and friendly volumes which naturally extend to the outside through large openings.
A beautiful covered terrace at the front of the villa allows you to take meals sheltered from the sun while enjoying the exceptional view.

If you wish to arrive out of these hours, it is imperative to inquire before booking.
You will be greeted directly at the villa by the couple of caretakers who live there. They live in a small independent apartment and out of sight on the ground floor of Villa Jade. The spaces described above and all that is shown in photos are for private use and exclusive of the tenants. The guards donât have access.
Options (order possible up to 7 days before arrival) :
- Pool heating: 200 âŹ/week ***
- Double bed linen set: 25âŹ/bed/stay (beds not made)
- Single bed linen set : 20âŹ/bed/stay (beds not made)
- Simple towels set (1 large + 1 small bath towels): 15âŹ/person/stay
- Complete towels set (simple towels set + 1 beach towel): 20âŹ/person/stay
- Baby kit (limited quantities): 30 ⏠for the first item + 10 âŹ/additional item, to choose between :
Bed + mattress/bathtub/stroller cane/dining chair/pot/changing mat
*** Pool heating possible only from June to September depending on weather conditions. We reserve the right to refuse pool heating at any time before arrival if we feel that the weather conditions do not allow it. Any cancellation must be requested at least 15 days before arrival, otherwise the service will be due in full. Any last-minute request (less than 7 days before arrival) will result in a 50⏠surcharge for the professionalâs unexpected trip. Please contact us for further information.
