Discover this charming small stone house that can accommodate 2 people, in immediate proximity to the sea. Nestled 50 metres from the bay, it opens its doors for unforgettable moments in the region. The view of the Virgin Island lighthouse is the gift offered for your terrace lunches. The highest stone lighthouse in Europe!
The interior has been carefully arranged for your comfort. In the open kitchen, you will have all the necessary equipment: an electric hob, a refrigerator, a small oven, a filter coffee maker and Nespresso, a kettle and all the utensils you might need. The dining room is ideal for sharing good meals prepared by yourself.
A living room without television invites you to read and relax. For more tranquillity, a mezzanine space with a bench is at your disposal and accessible via a ladder with caution.
On the sleeping side, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140x200) will allow you to spend peaceful nights and an independent bathroom with shower and WC will help you relax after a long day of activity.
The property has a fenced garden, nicely wooded and furnished to enjoy convivial outdoor moments. A barbecue will allow you to savour delicious summer grills.
