Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 58 m² duplex apartment for rent in Saint-Cyprien, with sea and mountain views and direct access to the beach less than 100 meters away. It can accommodate up to 8 people and has a shared swimming pool. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 13 m² living room with a large 24 m² terrace, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a shared garden.
The dwelling is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A 13 m² living room with TV, sofa, open fitted kitchen with breakfast counter and direct access to a large terrace overlooking the shared garden.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Separate shower room and WC for added comfort
- Hall with entrance door leading to a shared corridor and a staircase ingeniously designed to optimize space.
Second floor:
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190) and double sofa bed, with private balcony offering sea and mountain views.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds, ideal for children.
- A second shower room and separate WC.
Additional equipment: washing machine, cot, Outdoor grill, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- The 24 m² private terrace on the first floor gives access to the communal gardens through a gate.
- On the second floor, the 8 m² private balcony offers stunning sea and mountain views.
Shared exterior :
- The spacious communal gardens house a shared large swimming pool and have gates offering direct access to the beach.
- The pool, accessible only through double gates, comprises a large pool and a shallow children's pool. Open from May to October, it is closed at night (with cover) and supervised in high season. Access is reserved for residents with a key, and the pool is not heated.
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Cyprien, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants... are less than 2 km away.

- Saint-Cyprien offers the chance to discover its harbor and lagoon. Boats leave regularly for Collioure and the Costa Brava.
- Aqualand waterpark just a stone's throw away
- The Jardin des Plantes, classified as a “Jardin Remarquable de France”, is within walking distance, and the Parc de la Prades provides a green link and leisure area between the port and the village of Saint-Cyprien.
- On summer nights, every Tuesday and Thursday, the traditional summer activities of seaside resorts are organized.
- The Eastern Pyrenees offer a wealth of discoveries.
Nearby events: In summer, the Roussillon region hosts numerous festivals and events, almost every day.
Transportation:
At the front of the residence, a large private residential parking lot is accessible via an automatic code gate. Spaces are not numbered. There are no restrictions on vehicle type, with the exception of campers and vans, which are not permitted.
The residence is surrounded by cycling and hiking trails leading to Port Saint-Cyprien and along the coast. In summer, a small tourist train runs in and around the town, while a tourist boat connects the port to the lagoon.Buses serve the Port, the village, Perpignan and Argelès several times a day, with stops just a few steps from the apartment.Port de Saint-Cyprien 10 minutes n car, two stores near the port offer bike rentals, and you can also rent boats or take advantage of nearby riding centers for horseback rides.
