Near Bryce/ Zion Backyard River Retreat - Fish, Raft, Hike 1 Bd/Bth and/or Camp!

Recharge along the Sevier River at this unique and tranquil getaway. You will be living among the deer and other wildlife!

You can camp, stay in the beautiful room, or both! Near Bryce Canyon, Zion, Duck Creek, Brianhead, and Panguitch...there is so much to do and explore!

Or, just stay and relax on our property - and enjoy all that riverfront living has to offer! Some may say they are riverfront, but very few actually are!

More than a special place...this is an experience like none other!

The space
This is a private bedroom and bath within our home. The room and bath combined are approximately 350 square feet. There is a locked door separating the two spaces. We may be in the other part of the cabin or laundry room occasionally.

Guest access
The backyard is riverfront. Owners/other guests on the property also have access.

Great relaxing retreat with riverfront stream and singing birds

Enjoyed the location as there was much wildlife and scenery . Hosts were very accommodating and wanted only the best experience.

Beautiful Nature Spot with Spectacular Scenery All Around

This property’s location is truly beautiful—right on the banks of the Sevier River (which is small and tranquil, at least when we visited), with dozens and dozens of swallows soaring about constantly, as well as owls, eagles, Western tanagers, mourning doves, and numerous other birds. The hiking in Red Canyon (only fifteen minutes away) is gorgeous and very uncrowded , and Bryce Canyon is also less than half an hour’s drive. The apartment itself is quite small, but doable for two people. There was a bit of initial confusion regarding how to use the key box, but that was easily resolved. Two suggestions: Bring your own ice chest for secondary food storage, as the refrigerator is pretty small. Also, bring an eye mask if you are a light sleeper, as the security light right outside the window is very bright and keeps flashing all night.

Beautiful river view, peaceful, birds and wildlife to enjoy watching. We enjoyed ourselves at your place, fed deer and floated in the river. Nice place situated in the center of many sightseeing opporturnities. Relaxed and refreshed. Thank you for sharing.
