It comprises an attractive 90 mÂČ living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 170 mÂČ garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A 170 mÂČ enclosed garden and a terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby...

- Sightseeing: the Chassiron lighthouse and garden is a must-see on the Ile d'Oléron, as is the garden at La Boirie, which specializes in sage and offers yoga classes, and a sailboat trip around Fort Boyard...
- Sports activities: a wide range of water sports are on offer, including the famous kayak rides in the marshes, sea outings, horseback riding, parachute jumping...
