Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Alta Vista, this renovated home features a pristine interior with a large yard, an open-concept floor plan, and new furnishings. Create your favorite dishes in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances and ample counter space. Fire up the gas grill and dine al-fresco at the picnic table on the patio. Or play lawn games in the spacious yard. Blissful beach days are made easy with provided beach chairs and an umbrella. Family-friendly perks include a Pack ‘n Play and a high chair. Even more perks at this snowbird-friendly home include central air-conditioning, free high-speed WiFi, and a private washer and dryer.

You'll be located near St Armands Circle and Siesta Key, with a grocery store and Sarasota Memorial Hospital both less than two miles away. There are two pools nearby, one within walking distance to Arlington Park, and the second at Lido Beach pavilion, just six miles away. You'll also have Bayfront Park and Bird Key Park within three miles of the home. Selby Gardens and the Ringling Bridge are both within four miles of the home, and the entrance of the new legacy trail is less than half a mile from the front door. Check out Yoder's Restaurant & Amish Village, just over a mile away, or visit Owens Fish Camp for some spectacular seafood. Myakka River State Park offers hiking, fishing, and the occasional alligator sighting from a safe distance, while Payne Park features a skate park and a shaded walkway, ideal for an afternoon with the kids.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Security camera details: There is a ring door bell camera by the front door that records 24 hours a day.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
