Very dirty and no air conditioning

We arrived at 11:00 am (had booked it to start the day before but was delayed). It was 81 degrees inside. Called and messages and got in touch w someone who said an HVAC repairman would be there in an hour. At 6:00 pm they finally said they couldn’t fix it and did not have any options for us. We had to find another place to stay at seven at night with a dog. The apartment was so dirty that we had to ask for a broom and dustpan to be delivered right when we arrived. There was pet hair everywhere and the floor was filthy. The owner has so far refused to refund any of our payment. Do not rent from this company.

Just Fine

Nice cozy property close enough to be far and far enough to be close to anything you want to do. Very clean. Bathroom is Boss!! Bed is very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We were impressed with the newness of the property and its tasteful decoration. However, it is advertised to sleep up to four, but the pull-out sofa bed was unusable with a thin mattress that did not protect the sleeper from the metal structure, bars and springs underneath. The shower is beautiful but lacks any hand bar to steady oneself. Not recommended for elderly folks. Otherwise, quite a nice place!

Cozy Property

What an AMAZING stay! The property was immaculate! The bathroom…one word….perfection!!!! Bed was comfortable, parking was easy and plenty of outdoor space to walk our dachshund. We are definitely saving this place in our favorites!

It was OK

If you have a dog this is not the place for you. Street was very dark and cars were fast. No where to walk a dog. The inside was charming but the outside yard was a mess. Knocked over solar lights very little grass. I did have a problem with the managing company not returning calls. It wasn't until I contacted VRBO that I got a response. Would I stay there again? probably not but if you are looking for a clean place to sleep, it would be fine.

Beautiful place! Quiet.

Place was beautiful but Would have like sidewalks, someplace easier to walk my dog instead in the street with no street lights. Found the mall a couple blocks away and took my dog there 2x day to walk in a lighted area.

Pleasantly surprised

Stay was nice the outside a little misleading but the inside was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and AC works well. Will do again if available. It would be nice if the numbered the units as to know which one we are staying in. Only issue was we tried to contact the manager to move the dates but didn’t hear back from them.

Just like home

Perfect location for us. Less then 2 miles from the friends we were spending the most time with. Convenient to historic downtown Hendersonville, close to various highways. The apartment and amenities are tasteful and the bed extremely comfortable. We arrived late and the host sent us a picture of the property to guide our way. I did not understand the concept of a lockbox, and the host came out and assisted. Highly recommend and absolutely would stay again.

Great little place!

This apartment was perfect for our short stay. Very quiet, very clean, and well equipped. The huge rain shower head was awesome. Loved that everything was new. Would definitely stay there again.

better than expected

This property was listed as a "studio", but it really was a one-bedroom apartment. Listed as a "studio" made me think it would be very small, but it really was spacious enough. The shower was fabulous: very modern fixtures in the entire bathroom, and unique shower flooring and shower head. The kitchen also had very modern appliances and marble counter top, with an open space design. The bed was a firm, foam-like mattress, good for sleeping. The bedroom was spacious enough, given it was a one-bedroom place. Living and dining space completed the place and, as an open-space design, was average. It has a sofa bed (we didn't use it). The large screen TV is Roku-based with some apps that do not need a separate logon ID. Some minor issues: the floor is not carpeted. Because the entrance is at a gravel/dirt driveway, you track in a lot of dirt, but only a Dirt Devil vacuum was available to clean the floor. It really needs a Swifter. Sheets were a bit thin. Dishes were not a full count in some types, but OK in others. Dressers were small, stacked hard fabric boxes. It is not close to down-town, but driveably close.

BEWARE MAKING CHANGES

The interior of the unit was very nice, clean and comfortable. Could have used a couple of tables in the TV area. The exterior consisted of a gravel/ dust driveway, 12 inch high grass and 2 foot high weeds (finally cut after a week and a half). Had to buy a broom to clean the dirt tracked into the unit. More importantly we had to shorten our stay from 3 to 2 weeks soon after we made the reservation. The reservation change was accepted but we did not get a refund of our payment made for the extra week. The site online showed reduced days but increased charge per day resulting in the cost being the same. Repeated emails and phone calls to the owner went unanswered. We finally contacted VRBO and it took 3 calls to them from us to finally receive our refund. Not impressed with VRBO's response to our problem either. Beware making changes
