Come and spend an unforgettable vacation in this 100m2 house, located in a quiet residential area just 150 meters from the beach.
You'll enjoy its 300 m2 garden with table and barbecue, ideal for relaxing moments.
Spacious and perfect for a family or group of friends of 6/7 people, it comprises :
- an entrance hall with storeroom and extra shower for when you return from the beach
- a staircase leading to a large, bright and convivial living/dining room
- a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals
- the 2nd level leads to 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds (x140), one with bunk beds (2 x 90) and a trundle bed (1x90)
- bathroom with shower
- 2 separate toilets.
On-site parking for your vehicle.
The house is a 15-minute walk from all shops and services, covered markets, restaurants... )
You can easily walk to the beach to enjoy the sun and sea.
On your arrival, you will be welcomed by La Conciergerie ImmobiliÚre Rochefort Océan et Fouras, who will introduce you to the house, hand you the keys, give you all the useful and tourist information you need and assist you if necessary during your stay.
