This is the place! A secluded getaway just 8 miles north of downtown Flagstaff. Quiet. Peaceful. Clear skies. Amazing stars. A big fenced back yard with fresh mountain air and the smell of pines. Mountain views. Snow and holiday fun!

There are four unique bedrooms, 3 of which have new king beds and plenty of room to unwind. The fourth bedroom is inside the master and is perfect for kids. It has 2 single bunks and a full bunk on top. There is also a queen sleeper in the front room.

The home will comfortably sleep 6 adults and 4 children with an additional 2 people on the queen sized pull-out bed if needed.

There are two living rooms, one with a wood stove. There is a karaoke machine with two microphones perfect for both kids and adults to show off their singing and dancing skills. Play a game or just enjoy a drink and chat in front of the fire. Both living rooms have large 55" smart tv's. There is cable for watching games. The wifi is fast and reliable.

There is a dedicated desk and office chair in the master for working remotely.

There is a pack and play and stroller for infants.

Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook a hot meal and enjoy it together. Or take a short drive into Flagstaff and enjoy a local restaurant. Delivery is also available at the home.

There are two full baths both with tubs and showers as well as a third half bath.

The lot is fully fenced and the backyard is yours to explore and play in. Make a snowman or have a snowball fight in the winter and then head out for sledding, skiing or snowboarding.

In the summer take a nap or swing in the backyard. Bring your bike and explore the trails. Grab a water bottle and take a hike. All rooms have ceiling fans and a nice breeze flows through the home.

There are two covered decks to unwind on as well as a fire pit in the back yard and a propane ring to use during fire restrictions.

Laundry is available. There are usually extra kids bikes and sleds in the garage for your use.

Although the property is secluded we are in a perfect location only 8 miles away from lively downtown Flagstaff. There is a general store less than a mile away.
