Located in the 8th arrondissement which is both residential and seaside, this bright and charming apartment includes:
- two bedrooms with two double beds;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional shower room;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a comfortable lounge to relax after a day of walking;
- a terrace to take the air.
You will particularly appreciate its freshness and brightness.
Everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including: Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Coffee Maker, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Iron, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is ideally located:
- Close to beaches.
- Close to many bars and restaurants.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous, such as:
- the Plage de la Verrerie 6 minutes walk;
- Plage des Sablettes 11 minutes away;
- the Bassin Sanderval at 21 minutes;
- Parc Borély 19 minutes by bus, and many more.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites!

On the border of the center of Marseilles, and next to the famous creeks, the 8th district is residential thanks to elegant and quiet avenues, mansions and parks. This area is attractive as it has a direct access to the sea, creating a deep relaxing area. Diversified atmospheres are mixed, between lively beaches, modern buildings and ancient buildings, but also quiet places such as Bonneveine neighbourhood contrasting with the dynamic ledge. You will also love the hidden sheds village, in the heart of a creek ; and the architecture lovers will love the Corbusier city. However, the sport lovers will also be delighted to discover the famous Vélodrome stadium.

Lines 19 and 20: Madrague de Montredon: 2 minutes walk.
- From the gare de Marseille Saint-Charles: 27 minutes by car.
- From the aéroport Marseille Provence: 37 minutes by car.
