This last room opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool.On the first floor, you will find 3 double rooms (140x190) (one of which has an adjoining bathroom) an independent toilet and an independent bathroom.On the second floor, a large dormitory with 3 single beds (80x190) and 1 small double bed (120x190), a bathroom and adjoining toilet.Outside there is also a large outbuilding, used as a laundry room and billiards room, and a gravelled courtyard, enclosed for playing table tennis and pétanque.This large house, entirely renovated in 2022, is tastefully decorated with typical Périgord furniture subtly mixed with contemporary decor.The swimming pool is chlorinated and not heated. The pool measures 7 x 3.5m with a depth of 2m.
