3 km from Noves, between Avignon and Saint-Rémy-de-Provence (15 km), this exceptional 450 m2 house, entirely renovated with its majestic park and its large swimming pool, is ideally located. Between the Alpilles Regional Natural Park and that of Luberon, this property will enable you to visit two of the most beautiful villages in France, Les Baux-de-Provence 19 km away and Gordes 30 km away, as well as other top tourist attractions, such as Avignon and its Papal palace (14 km), or the Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, famous for its antique shops (20 km).
INSIDE
This imposing house of chĂąteau-like appearances is fully air conditioned and the ground floor is divided on both sides by the entrance hall with a central staircase which leads to the bedrooms. On the right there is a games room with a pool table, a lounge with two sofas and a tuned piano at your disposal, and another small lounge through which you can access directly the spacious and perfectly equipped kitchen/dining room. A wooden staircase leads upstairs from this lounge. On the left of the entrance hall you will find a lounge with a TV, home cinema and corner sofa, a bedroom with double bed and an integrated shower room, with independent access from outside the house. A shower room with WC (swimming pool access and lounge/TV), a pantry/laundry room and two separate WCs complete the layout. Upstairs, the hall with a sofa leads on the left to a master suite with double bed and TV, with an integrated bathroom and, on the right, to 5 other bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have a double bed, two bedrooms have 2 single beds, and a master suite with double bed, TV, decorative fireplace, desk area and an integrated bathroom. Opposite the bedrooms there are 3 shower rooms and 2 separate WCs.
OUTSIDE
Situated at the heart of a sublime 3,000m2 enclosed and landscaped park, the large heated swimming pool has 3 steps leading down to the water, as well as an 80cm deep flat entry across its width. This property has several outdoor spaces where everyone can find their place; the children on the swing and slide, the parents at the pétanque strip or preparing a lovely meal around the gas grill. And the 40m2 terrace, attached to the kitchen and shaded from the sun by a shade cloth, will welcome you with its beautiful table or for an aperitif.
