La Petite Émilie features a master suite on the ground floor with a 140x190 bed and an en-suite bathroom (Italian shower + 1 sink). Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190), the other with two single beds (90x190). The upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and one sink. The house has two separate toilets, one on the ground floor and one upstairs. In the warmer months, you'll find a barbecue and outdoor seating area perfect for al fresco dining. It's also an ideal play area for children! The house is located in a quiet area where everything can be done on foot, eliminating the need for a car. It has private parking for one car, a luxury in Port de Cancale, especially in summer. Access to the GR34 is quick and easy. Note: The house is situated in a large green enclosure where another rental property (La Petite Jeanne) is located opposite.
