Gorgeous condo on 30A situated directly across from the Gulf of Mexico in Santa Rosa Beach. This is a corner unit located on the 3rd floor (top floor - with elevator access) above Retail and Restaurants and within walking distance to almost anything you might need. Enjoy our amazing patio (my favorite part) with fantastic view of the Gulf. 3 pools (2 are heated), shuffleboard, cornhole, and a walking trail are all available in the complex.

We are a family of 4 who love adventure and enjoy sharing some of our favorite places with you! From the ancient Smoky Mountains (did you know this mountain range is the 8th oldest in the WORLD?!), to the gorgeous white sands and glassy waters of the Florida Panhandle/Emerald Coast. Parker is an award-winning mortgage loan originator specializing in helping families start their short-term rental portfolios, while Oz is a "retired" Electronic Engineer, who now spends his days tirelessly working on each of our properties to keep them in great condition! Our daughter Taliesin who is headed to college has been involved in design and decor and our son Zolin who is still in high school just might be the one to answer your message or inquiry. We are emotionally attached to each of our properties (even though we aren't supposed to be lol) and we truly hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

We fell in love with this little condo the first time we saw it. This unit is located in the popular Gulf Place community, just across 30A from the beach. This is a corner unit on the top floor facing the Gulf with a wonderful patio and an ocean view! It's in an active part of Santa Rosa Beach/30A and surrounded by restaurants, retail, rentals for activities, artists, and music. The location is perfect to enjoy a long day relaxing or playing on the pristine white sands and in the often-glassy waters of the Gulf and then to return for a shower (and maybe a nap!) before venturing out to dinner or perhaps another evening adventure. With a separate bedroom area equipped with a king bed and a pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room, full bath with both shower and tub, and a fully equipped kitchen, this space is excellent for singles, couples, or a small family of 4.
