Summary:
Studio on the first floor without lift, very well located in the heart of Paris, between rue Etienne Marcel and the corner of rue Montorgueil, 15m from the Grands Boulevards. At the foot of the flat there are many shops, cafés and restaurants. This tastefully decorated studio will take you on a very pleasant journey to the heart of Parisian life.
The Space:
Studio located 21m2 air-conditioned which includes:
- Living room with double bed and very comfortable sofa bed for one person, 1 table with chairs, Smart TV, Wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen (hotplates, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washer dryer)
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaning agent.
