Up to four Lucky travelers will feel at home in this ground level apartment, just a stone's throw away from Forsyth Park. The Lynwood Collection on Forsyth is located on Historic Gaston Street and has been renovated top-to-bottom. Coastal decor ties the space together and creates an inviting space for guests to relax. Enjoy morning or evening strolls beneath the Spanish moss trees, and start your adventure discovering all Savannah has to offer.

Entering on the ground floor, you will be provided a secure key code unique to your stay, that ensures safe entry as you check in to your home away from home. Nestle into your coastal digs by gathering together in the living space fitted with a flat screen TV. Guests are welcome to access their streaming favorites like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime.

The kitchen is open to the living space, perfect for entertaining your guests. This quaint space offers stainless steel appliances, and is fitted to prepare a home cooked meal. Just down the hall, you'll find the King-size bedroom that features a private patio, great for an intimate meal or reading a book. Curl up into bed after a long day of exploring the town, and catch up on your favorite shows on the flatscreen television. You can also find the bathroom that features a spacious vanity, walk-in shower and a stackable washer and dryer.

In the morning, we recommend taking a short stroll across Forsyth Park to The Sentient Bean for a latte or refreshing iced coffee. For lunch, pop over to Bull Street Taco and explore their unique twist on tacos. As you wander around town, stroll through the Squares of Savannah, enriched in history. For dinner, head north downtown, where there's none better than The Grey, a Southern fine dining experience retrofitted inside an old Greyhound Bus Station. Cozy ground floor apartment w/parking near Forsyth Park

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was a comfortable location across the street from Forsyth Park. King size bed was comfortable and amenities were just what we needed. Small kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker, dishes and utensils. Bathroom was compact with shower and stacked washer/dryer. Bar & stools for eating but we ate out most of the time. Plenty of eating options in the area. Walking distance or shuttle bus to get around within historic district.

Family trip to Savannah

Easy check in, clean, and good location for our family trip. Loved having assigned parking space as we left to visit Wormsloe Historic site and did a day trip to Tybee. A DOT stop is steps away and having the beautiful Forsyth park across the street was awesome. The park has two playgrounds which is great if traveling with younger children.

Great place!!

Great place to stay in Savannah, so close to somany restaurants, pubs, shops, snd beautiful parks. Katrin was so nice to work with, so quick to get back with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone interested in exploring Savannah.

Lovely visit

Savannah is a nice city to visit. It is very pretty and easy to get around. There are plenty of things to do. I took a food tour and a bike tour. I walked all over the historic district and enjoyed good food everywhere I went. It felt very safe.

Brief stay in Savannah

Awesome location. Thank goodness for parking. My only recommendation would be to dispose of one of the ice trays and replace it. A blanket would have been nice also. Overall excellent stay and we will try to stay here again on our next visit.

Quiet area, felt safe walking in the park at dusk. Plentiful linens and also a washer/dryer. Pull out sleeper sofa wasn’t the most comfortable but was adequate to sit on. King bed was super comfortable. Shower was roomy and water pressure good.

My friend and I walked everywhere and even though we clocked over 6 miles one of our days, the town is mostly flat. The free DOT shuttle stops right outside the property if you prefer to ride to your destinations.The rental company is very easy to work with and the apartment was small but the perfect size for our needs.

So close to Forsyth Park

Easy access to Forsyth Park - right across the street! Unit was nice and the bed was huge and comfortable. Small kitchen but enough for a couple days stay. Super convenient to have a dedicated parking space. The only recommendations I would have is to have a bigger trash can in the kitchen and extra trash bags. Thanks for the great stay!

The kitchen is tiny and we used it mostly for breakfast before heading out for the day. The bath was fine and we found it convenient having the washer and dryer. The bed was comfortable and the neighborhood quiet at night to ensure a good nights sleep.

The property has no windows other than sliding doors in the bedroom that expose you to the parking lot. The floors were dirty. The kitchen trash can was 2 ft tall and didn't hold anything. The unit is extremely small and they need to do a better job on cleaning.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit had floors that were not clean. We travel a lot and are not extremely picky. The unit also has no real windows. The sliding door in the bedroom look onto the parking lot, so we could not open the curtains to get sunlight. There need to be more lights and the lights they have need to have all the bulbs working. And a 2 foot trash can in the kitchen area is not good enough. The price was low and I guess it shows you get what you pay for.

Small but nice apartment

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time renting an air BNB and we were trying to keep to a budget for our vacation to Savannah , Ga. I was very happy with Lucky Savannah rentals. I received great communications from before our stay, during and after. If we ever go back I definitely will rebook with them. We were happy with the apartment over all. It needed the floors cleaned due to some work done the day before we arrived by the internet company. I text the night we arrived and Candice scheduled the cleaning crew to come the next day. So that made us very happy. Over all the bed was comfortable, pillows could be replaced (they were very flat). Bathroom was a good size. Shower was a nice size. Kitchen size was okay, not much room to pre food. We didn’t like the shelf they had for a table, felt weird facing a wall to eat. I would rate the apartment over all an 4 on a 1-5 scale. I clean for a living and noticed it could use a deep cleaning and a paint refresh, but that is just my opinion. One complaint we had was the children upstairs bounced a ball two night till 11 pm or later. We have grandchildren and know kids will be kids but it was very hard to sleep with that happening. If we ever return to Savannah we would definitely rebook with Lucky Savannah but will rent a home and not an apartment.

On-site parking is huge plus!

The apartment is just as advertised and as shown in the pictures. Fresh and clean; nicely updated. Bed is very comfortable! The bathroom has a big walk-in shower. Water pressure is good with plenty of hot water. Finding on street parking in Savannah is very difficult, so having a designated space at the apartment was great. We parked our car when we arrived and never took it out until we departed. We loved being across from beautiful Forsyth Park with all the azaleas in bloom and the live oaks with Spanish moss. A must see attraction! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend it for two people. My one negative is that the bar and stools for dining are not at all comfortable. The bar is too narrow and the metal stools are killer. A small high top with two more comfortable stools would work better.

We walked literally everywhere from there unless we went to Tybee Island or the Hideaway Cafe on Skidaway Rd. The only negative is that it was dark inside since it was an inside unit and th lighting wasnt th best. Absolutely would/likely will stay there again

Coffee or tea service with salt/pepper would be good touch.Perfectly fine for short stay for up to two persons. Note, great location means lots of traffic right outside the door, so a little bit noisy at night.
