Great stay in OCMD

We loved this property and the location and distance to the beach. We were traveling with a senior as well as an infant, young toddler, and woman in her third trimester of pregnancy. The walk to the beach was so convenient. The property had all the comforts of home and was very clean. Great location from the boardwalk, but not too close. We were just a few minutes drive from the boardwalk and the grocery stores on the mainland.

Really great family time!

We had a great time. Lots of beach time. Love the beach access right off the back deck. How was clean and well organized. We had a great family vacation.

Family friendly getaway

Our family including an infant, young children and adults had a wonderful time at Ocean Colony 30. The beach access and views were great. Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. We would stay there again!

We do a family vacation in OC every other year. This property was well suited to our family of 12 - 6 adults and 6 children (ages 2 to 10). Access to the beach couldn’t be any easier, sleeping arrangements were great and location in OC was good.

Practically Perfect!

Spacious, very well equipped and terrific location! The bedrooms are very large and our party of 11 had more than enough space. It is situated right behind the dunes and access to the beach is steps off of the deck. With a private entrance, the beach area in front of the condo was less crowded than the areas on either side. There are also many beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and beach toys available for use. It is also easy to walk to some shops and restaurants. The kitchen has everything you need and plenty of seating for dining in. The hosts were responsive to questions and provided all the info we needed. We had a fantastic stay!

Best family vacation

30 of us met in OC for overdue family reunion. We all stayed within 1 mile of each other. My place slept 9 with room to spare. The only glitch in my unit were the bathrooms which were not easily accessible if people were sleeping in the bedrooms. The other sad part was you couldn't see the ocean from the porch. I understand the need for the dunes. The kitchen was well supplied and had everything we needed but maybe an ice bucket. We laughed, we cried, we ate crabs and truffle french fries and Thrasher fries. It was the perfect week weather wise. I would recommend staying there.

Wonderful beachside stay

My extended family - 10 of us - had a wonderful time here. The location is amazing, right on the sand, and the 3 decks provided great views of the ocean and plenty of space to relax. The photos don't do it justice, either - it's tastefully decorated and spacious. While the common areas (living room mostly) were a bit small for our entire group, we made it work and cozied up together. Had everything we needed and would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful house for a large family!

Solid communications with the owner. The house was clean and really well stocked. Even on rainy days, the house was big enough to spread out and comfortable enough to stay in.

Fabulous Find

The pictures in the listing don't do this property justice! The place is gorgeous, the layout is fantastic, and the location even better! You get the private feel even in busy midtown and just steps from the beach with private beach access. The kitchen was fully stocked including trash bags and cleaning supplies, there was even toilet paper in the bathrooms. There were beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use as well. Communication with the owner was easy and timely. We are already planning our return for summer 2022!

Fantastic Stay

Having been going to OCMD for the past 30 years I generally know the area. Typically we stay in the high rise condos in the 100+St. Due to COVID we want a more low key location with less people. This place did not disappoint. The location was great. Having the back door open to the beach was amazing. You could be on the beach and need to use the rest room, grab another drink or just get out of the sun and it could be done in minutes. No elevators or crowds. Inside the place was spacious and well appointed. the bedrooms were very roomy and we had 10 total. The price was not low but I feel like we got what we paid for and that is all you can ask. Great vacation again to OCMD.

Well-outfitted home - pictures don't do it justice!

This house was well-outfitted, from multiple coffeemakers to beach chairs and toys. Not knowing what would be supplied, we came with paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, etc.), all of which were provided, as was a dish towel, dish and dishwasher soap, trash bags, and laundry detergent. The house was much nicer in person than that photos indicate, and we throughly enjoyed our stay!

Beachfront Delight

My friends and I spent a week at the Ocean Colony. We absolutely loved it. Being so close to the beach made it so we had the freedom to do what we wanted and it really felt like vacation. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and we even tried Secrets!

Perfect location!

What an awesome rental! The location is perfect, just steps from the ocean and close to all the activities. There is plenty of space for everyone, but the top deck is my favorite part. Rick and Loretta were terrific and very easy to work with. Looking forward to our next trip!
