The living area features a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed (140x200), carefully prepared with high-quality hotel linen, as well as a television for your relaxation.

The dining area includes a table and provides access to a balcony, offering an unobstructed view of the street.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare your meals: microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine.

The bathroom is fitted with a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned by professionals between each stay.

This apartment is available only for a mobility lease (minimum 30 days).

The building is secured with a day-and-night concierge service (except on Sundays from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.).

Cultural discoveries await nearby, from the Musée d'Orsay to the Petit and Grand Palais, the Tuileries Garden, and the prestigious Hôtel de la Marine and Hôtel de Crillon. With the luxury boutiques of rue Saint-Honoré within walking distance, your experience can be tailored to any budget. Paris is at your feet!

Residents of the 9th arrondissement benefit first of all from an exceptional cultural offer. Between the Museum of Romantic Life, which, as its name suggests, is dedicated to the Romantic period, the Gustave Moreau Museum, located in the painter's former studio, and the Grévin Wax Museum, where you can pose alongside more than 200 characters who made or are making history, you are bound to find a museum to suit your taste. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
