Please note that access to the bedroom is via stairs, which may be inconvenient for those with reduced mobility.

The bathroom features a sink, mirror, and shower, while the toilet is separate for added privacy.

Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi during your stay, and for your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay, ensuring a fresh environment.

This apartment is available only under a mobility lease.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
