Gillade: Incheckning, plats och annonsens riktighet
First of all the hosts were very helpful with all our questions and help with information befor arrival.But on arriving at the property it was evident that it was very tired, the cleanliness was not the best and the sofa was very uncomfortable and practically unusable ( was being replaced the day we left).We couldnât use the splash pad because bits of the surface were coming away and the black colour rubbed off on the childrenâs legs. The level of cleanliness was not very good, when you moved anything it was obvious that it had not been cleaned for some time, we even found a pair of sandals at the end of one of the beds. We were inundated with bugs in some of the rooms, (see photo and video), we told the owner but nothing was done, then on the 5th day of our stay we came down with a very virulent sickness and diarrhoea virus. Then on the day we were leaving a group of men turned up with a replacement sofa, asking if they could come in as we were trying to pack up to leave, consequently under pressure a few things were forgotten.Donât get me wrong, it is a lovely property in a great area, but it certainly is very tired and needs to be updated.
