This exciting large open home features 4 king master bedrooms (3 on the ground level), each with private baths and TVs. 3 kids themed bedrooms feature enchanting decor and beds as well as built-in closet shelving and themed bath rooms. A stroller, high chairs, crib, pack n play and baby gates are provided.

The large gourmet kitchen in the center of the home is fully equipped and allows you to prepare any type food for both indoor our outdoor dining. There is also an outdoor gas grill for barbecuing. The outdoor screened area features a heated pool with FREE pool heat, baby pool, splash pad and hot tub, as well as dining tables and lounge chairs for you to enjoy the fabulous Florida weather. A themed home theater with 10 theater-style chairs and an 80-inch smart TV provides the ideal place for family movies. Finally, a fully equipped laundry room with makes your stay a pleasure.

The home is located in Formosa Gardens Estates, a quiet, secure, gated and walled community of upscale homes located only 3 miles from Walt Disney World. In addition, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and a walk-in clinic are within minutes of this enchanting escape.

Elsa’s house was perfect!

The house more than met our expectations! The communication from the owners and property management was easy and quick! It had all the amenities we needed. The pool area was a great place to hang out and catch our second wind before going back into Disney. The location is centrally located to shopping as well as Disney. 15-20 minutes to any park and this was a busy week. Would highly recommend this house to anyone!!!

Amazing house with so much room

Property was as advertised. Location was excellent for visiting the Disney Parks. House had all the amenities required for a perfect stay. Movie room was a hit with the grandchildren and grown children. Pool area was great for relaxing. Will definitely stay here again.

Family Disney vacation

Disney family trip

The house was perfect! Very close to Disney. After long days enjoying the parks, it was so nice to come back to the house and enjoy the pool and hot tub to relax. The kids loved the theater room and used it everyday. Wonderful stay and would definitely book again.

Family vacation

The property was as it was presented perfect for multi-generational Disney trip. Well appointed roomy and the pool and splash pad were enjoyed by our grandchildren. They lived out there and in the theater room we hardly saw them. We had a blast highly recommend this home for a fun family Disney themed vacation.

The “holiday house”

Our family group of 13 stayed for 1 week in March. We had an amazing time. The kids theme rooms were a major hit, we watched a movie every evening and spent lots of time in the pool. Being so close to WDW was a definite asset. The grandkids have already asked to go back! I have already shared the link.

Disney Trip 2024

What a great location with an amazing setup for the whole family. Traveled with our friends and our young children here for a short getaway this past week. The location to Disney is quick and easy. This rental is the perfect place to come back to after a long day at the parks. The kids loved every inch of this space. Loved the crib amenities for our daughter as well as the extra two wheel stroller. Thanks for providing such a great spot for families. We will be back. Thanks!

Large Family Disney Dream!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas stay in this fantastic house! It was setup so perfectly for a large family gathering. We had 7 adults and 6 children! The boys loved the cars themed room and the girls LOVED their frozen themed room! We had two infants and it was nice to have high chairs, cribs and pack n plays to use! The hot tub was a favorite and the kids had a blast in the pool and splash pad! Owners are super responsive and great! Would recommend this house and would love to stay here again!

Family vacation

The house was really nice. Plenty of room for the 13 of us. The kids loved the rooms, pool and splash pad. There was a little grass growing on splash pad edge but it didn’t bother them. Called management about oven not working and door handle on microwave. They were very nice and oven was working when we got back to house. Microwave still needed repair but it was useable. All in all it was perfect for us . Good neighborhood, super close to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely rent again.

Our family recently stayed at this enchanting 7 bedroom, 6 bath Kissimmee home and was absolutely delighted. Every detail was beyond what we hoped for. We’re calling this one of our best family vacations ever. The home’s design, amenities, and location were top-notch. If you’re traveling with kids or a multi generation family in mind, this is the place, so close to Disney yet feels like your private resort. We’d book again in a heartbeat!-Unbeatable Location & Ease of ArrivalJust a short 5-minute drive from Disney and close to restaurants and grocery stores, it made our daily planning effortless. Check in was seamless, and the gated community felt secure and peaceful. _ Plenty of Room for EveryoneWith four king master suites (three downstairs) and three themed kids’ rooms, there was room and comfort for all 10 of us. The bathrooms were ultra clean and well stocked. The house accommodated all generations effortlessly.- Disney-Themed Kids’ RoomsThe children were over the moon with the themed rooms each one richly decorated and playful. It sparked excitement before even setting foot in the parks. - Resort-Style Pool & Spa AreaThe outdoor area was our favorite hangout: a heated screened pool, splash pad, baby pool, hot tub, and loungers.- Impeccable Cleanliness & HospitalityThe property was spotlessly clean. First of all the hosts were very helpful with all our questions and help with information befor arrival.But on arriving at the property it was evident that it was very tired, the cleanliness was not the best and the sofa was very uncomfortable and practically unusable ( was being replaced the day we left).We couldn’t use the splash pad because bits of the surface were coming away and the black colour rubbed off on the children’s legs. The level of cleanliness was not very good, when you moved anything it was obvious that it had not been cleaned for some time, we even found a pair of sandals at the end of one of the beds. We were inundated with bugs in some of the rooms, (see photo and video), we told the owner but nothing was done, then on the 5th day of our stay we came down with a very virulent sickness and diarrhoea virus. Then on the day we were leaving a group of men turned up with a replacement sofa, asking if they could come in as we were trying to pack up to leave, consequently under pressure a few things were forgotten.Don’t get me wrong, it is a lovely property in a great area, but it certainly is very tired and needs to be updated.

We booked a very large family trip 14 of us! Youngest was 1 and the oldest being 77 we can’t say enough about the space and the accommodations, so close to Disney and surrounding parks, easy in and out access, close to grocery and gift shops. We felt safe and secure with such a large party in the gated community. The splash pad was a hit as well as the pool! Very recommended!

Fantastic!

This property was everything it promised. The children adored the decorations and sleeping in the character beds. And the movie theater was a huge hit every evening after the parks. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The drive to the Disney parks was easy and close. This property is ideally located. The adults enjoyed the well appointed master bedrooms and kitchen. And we were very appreciative of the pool alarm system since we were traveling with little ones. We cannot heap enough praise on this property. AThank you for helping to make our family vacation a huge success.

Excellent ,,once again

This is our second visit and we loved it. Plenty of room for our family of 14 and the layout is great. Short drive to the parks. House and pool were spotless when we arrived. Cleaning service , pool service, and landscapers are 5 star. We are all talking about our next stay.
