A Wave From It All

Third floor condo with a great view of the gulf and just a couple minutes walk to the sandy white beach. Cozy 1 bed 1 bath unit that will sleep 6. Perfect for couples or a family with a couple kids. Queen in master, built in bunks in the hall and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Laundry in unit and easy access to to pool and hot tub. The kitchen offers a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes/utensils, coffee maker and more. This unit has complimentary wireless internet and cable tv.
This is a non-smoking unit and while we love our dog too, no pets are allowed in any rental units in the Grand Caribbean.

Wonderful stay

Overall wonderful stay. Small hiccup with the checkin but handled quickly. Absolutely would stay again. Short walk to the beach and a quick bike ride to nearby Johnson Beach which was much more quiet and ever so beautiful.

A wave from it all

We really enjoyed our stay at Michael’s condo. It’s obvious he takes a lot of pride in his condo and his attention to detail. The condo was beautifully done. He was easy to contact, about a few minor things when we arrived. We would definitely like to return to this property in the near future.

Great spot for the beach and nice pool!

Had a couple of issues checking in but Mark answered his phone immediately and was very helpful. Make sure you read the welcome notebook when you first get there it is very helpful. Mark spent a lot of time on it;).The small stroll to the beach was easy and the pool and hose down area the property supplied was very nice as well. We truly enjoyed our stay and the location is a prime location. The beds were so comfy and there was enough room for everyone. He also had a fun ring and hook game on the porch we used when it rained. Mark thought of everything and location was great! Thank you Mark!!

Great stay right near the beach

Perfect stay for my family with two kids near the beach. The condo was very clean amd suited our needs well. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The beach is a short walk away but you'll want some sandals or slip ons because you have to cross some pavement and there are sharp shells on the sandy walkway down to the pristine beach Overall we loved the property and would stay here again.

Perfect spot for us!!

Our vacation went great! The location was in a perfect spot. It was so nice to just walk across the street to the beach. I definitely would like to come back to this spot again!!

This place was perfect for us. It’s hard to find beach access, a pool and grills to cook on but this place had it all. Highly recommend.

Nice location and comfortable condo

We really enjoyed our stay. We liked the close proximity to the beach and enjoyed the pool also. The condo was cute and comfortable and had what we needed. The host was very responsive which was much appreciated.

Wonderful, clean condo

This was a perfect spot for my 10 year old daughters and myself. The condo was very clean, conveniently located, and we enjoyed the pool/hot tub area. Thanks for a great stay!

The property was great at a laid back beach location. Unfortunately, there was a maintenance issue that was not resolved during our stay. We would stay there again in the future.

Great place!

Very nice rental. Easy three minute walk to the beach. The beach was nice and wasn't very crowded any of the days we went. The pool and hot tub were nice as well. The condo was clean and well equipped. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Beach vacation

Perfect property and location for a family beach trip. Short walk to the beach, good sized pool just downstairs and close to lots of amenities. Had everything we needed for a great week at the beach.

Perfect beach vacay!

The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated! Many details and extras were provided for comfort such as personal fans on the bunk beds and plenty of hooks for drying wet towels. Was nice to relax in the hot tub at the end of the day. Would most definitely visit again :)

Perfect for a long weekend

The condo is very cute had everything we needed and more. It was the perfect size for my husband and me. Everything we needed to cook was in the kitchen. Michael was easy to reach and very nice.

Convenient to nearby adventures.

Explored Perdido Key, Johnson’s Beach, Fort Pickens and Pensacola. All unique in there on way. From a kids perspective, the pool, hot tub, bunk beds with individual fans and electric outlets were a winner!

Great getaway

We had a good time. The condo is very nice. It has everything you need! We did have a little trouble getting in but Mike was able to help us immediately. There are security cameras in the condo that you have to disable when uou check in. I feel like that needs to be said. It was very very clean. The pool was wonderful and the beach is just a quick easy walk across the street.

This room was amazing! We had two adults and two children and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The owner was quick to answer me when I had a question. We will absolutely book here again!

Do not stay here!

This place has a SERIOUS roach infestation. As soon as we walked in my husband saw one come out from under the bed and go into the closet. At first we were going to deal but once we walked into the kitchen and turned on the light there were about 10 on the kitchen counter that just scattered and then one started crawling up my husband's leg as we were standing in the bedroom. To top it off they had a camera pointed at the children's bunk beds, totally against VRBO policy by the way. We were unable to stay in this place with 2 young children and had to find another place in the middle of the night. I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you like you children being watched by strangers and taking roaches home with you. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for another place!

Great condo!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo! When I had questions, the host answered quickly and kept us informed when there was an unexpected change with our check in process. The kitchen is well equipped, beds were comfortable and the location was unbeatable! We will absolutely stay here again when we come back for another visit!

Easy check in. Wonderful location. Clean clean, clean. Lots of great restaurants in the area. So close to Johnson Beach! We we're visiting NAS and it was only 20 minutes away!!! Everything lovely!

Family Vacation

Condo was extremely clean and very nice. Our only complaint is we only had public beach access (area about 100 ft deep and 50 feet wide) and were not allowed to rent beach chairs as they were reserved for the beachfront condos around us- this information was not listed on the description. Beach was a very close walk. Pool and hottub at condo we’re very well cared for and clean. Michael was great and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!
