The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine.

The apartment includes two bedrooms:

The master bedroom has a double bed (160x200), perfect for restful nights. The second bedroom has two single beds, ideal for children under ld. Each bed is made with high-quality hotel linens for optimal comfort.

The bathroom has a sink, mirror, and bathtub. A washing machine is also available. The toilet is separate for added convenience.

Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

A smoke detector is installed for your safety, and the apartment undergoes professional cleaning between each stay.

The Belleville neighborhood, located in Paris’s 20th arrondissement, is known for its cultural diversity and bohemian vibe. Stroll through its lively streets lined with eclectic shops, alternative cafés, and vibrant street art. Head up to Parc de Belleville for a panoramic view of the city, and explore underground art galleries and live music venues. Belleville offers an authentic and dynamic experience, away from the typical tourist trails of Paris.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Jourdain (line 11), is just a 5-minute walk.

CDG Airport is approximately a 45-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
