Located just 350 meters from the beautiful Belle Ătoile beach, in the peaceful and secure neighborhood of Cabellou, the Voltaire house offers the perfect getaway for an unforgettable family or friends vacation. Its privileged location will delight beach lovers, sailors, and hikers.
Let yourself be charmed by this spacious two-level house, perfectly designed to offer everyone their own space while promoting togetherness.
The accommodation:
The entrance to the house is through the ground floor. On this level, you will find a laundry room, a space to store your beach items, and a summer kitchen opening directly onto the lush garden.
Next, let yourself be seduced by the natural light flooding the first floor thanks to the large windows leading out to a balcony. Here, youâll find a modern, semi-open kitchen, ideal for preparing meals in a convivial atmosphere, with a lovely adjoining dining room. It opens up to a bright living room where you can relax in complete tranquility. On this same level, there is a welcoming bedroom with a view of the garden, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate WC.
On the second floor, two additional bedrooms await, along with a large separate space that could serve as a game room with a pool table and/or an office. A shower room with WC completes this floor.
The main asset of this house is undoubtedly its outdoor spaces. Youâll have a spacious 700 mÂČ enclosed garden, a large sunny terrace, and a heated swimming pool at 29°C from mid-May to the end of September â perfect for enjoying the summer days in complete peace. (Please note, the pool area is equipped with an alarm system to ensure children's safety.)
With its dream location, just steps from the beaches and water activities, Voltaire is the perfect base to discover Cabellou and its surroundings. Come and create unforgettable memories in an idyllic setting!
