On the first floor of a very quiet residence in the historic center, we offer you this charming, brand-new, modern studio apartment, decorated with care for your utmost comfort. The apartment is ideal for lovers looking for a romantic getaway in Poitiers, or for business travelers.
The apartment features a large, bright 28mÂČ living room with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. The apartment also features a sleeping area with a brand-new 140cm bed, and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and separate toilet.
All the comforts and facilities you need for a pleasant stay are on hand, so all you have to do is set down your suitcases and enjoy your stay in complete peace of mind!
Access to the accommodation is completely independent.You will have to pick up the keys from a tabac/bar.
We are available every day through chat.
You can find many shops near the accommodation (grocery store, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacy, post office, snack bars, etc.)
Poitiers train station is l5 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by car. The Futuroscope park is about 15 / 20 minutes away by car.
