Kalani Kai Beach House är ett privatliv gated vackra moderna oceanfront hem med en strandpool. På avstånd bryter vågorna och kaskader sedan över korallrevet i en lugn vik och på den sandbelagda stranden som gränsar till bakgården. Hemmet ligger mellan Diamond Head och Koko Head, med panoramautsikt över Stilla havet. Ett nyrenoverat kök har alla bekvämligheter man kan begära i en semester reträtt. Katedraltak ger en stor känsla av utrymme. Rummen är luftkonditionerade med individuell klimatkontroll. Det finns ett separat HDTV-rum tillsammans med utökat Wi-Fi i hela hemmet. Tre av de fyra sovrummen har egen TV. Den övervåningen master svit har en king size-säng, privat Lanai och en dagbädd på landningen. Tre badrum sovrum är nere: kungen sviten öppnar direkt på poolen Lanai, en drottning svit och en dubbel-dubbel loft / våningssäng sovrum perfekt för barnen. Njut av soluppgångar och solnedgångar samt matlagning och middag på stenlanan som omger poolen. Fiske och kajakpaddling är populära aktiviteter längs vattnet och kan avnjutas bara några steg från oceansidegaten. Egenskapen ligger i ett fantastiskt läge, bra för att utforska många attraktioner på ön: 10 minuter till Hanauma Bay och precis bortom det till Sea Life Park och Sandy Beach. Medan den här privata reträtten är isolerad från det livliga Waikikias liv och rörelse, ligger det bara 10 minuter bort från den där åtgärden. Kalani Kai är det perfekta stället att njuta av en perfekt familjesemester.

Jag skulle vilja tacka alla på teamet på Kathy Muller platser för utmärkt service och boende vi fick för vår resa till O'ahu. Vår vistelse på Kalani Kai var fantastisk. Huset var mycket rent och 4 sovrum / 4 badrum öppen planlösning layout var perfekt för vår grupp. Köket är fantastiskt och har allt vi behövde för att förbereda många stora måltider hemma. Vi höll husets dörrar öppna för bakgården varje dag och åtnjöt den vackra poolen, palmerna och bukten. Närhet till Honolulu och Waikiki var så bekvämt som platsen för att få mat och bestämmelser från butikerna. Jag kan inte säga tillräckligt om den stora tiden vi hade under vår semester. Vi kommer definitivt att välja detta hem igen för vår nästa resa till Oahu!

Great House Great Location

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very good proximity to Waikiki and a lot of activities/places on this side of the island. Backyard is beautiful and house was spacious enough for a group of 10

Convenient location

Family Visit

Beautiful home located directly on the beach!! Great location, close to shopping, beaches, and sunshine. The home was well equipped for all of our cooking needs - enjoyed many dinners watching the ocean waves. Highly recommend

Private Hideaway

Loved this house! My adult family of 8 stayed here comfortably with plenty of room. The house was very private and well appointed. The location is wonderful, far enough from the crowds to feel exclusive, but not too far from shops and town. The driveway is tricky, but we would definitely to come back and stay here again.

Great vibes

The property was perfect for our family. The little ones liked the pool and we all liked having access to a beach. Great location with easy access to all parts of Oahu. The house was super comfortable and well appointed. The property managers were wonderful. Mahalo!

Perfect Location

The pool depth of 4 feet was perfect for our 7 and 9 year old granddaughters, and 50’ away was a beach with a shallow walk to a coral reef. We snorkeled and fished a lot and had a great time. The house amenities were spectacular.

Christmas/New Year 22/23

Very comfortable home supplied with abundant and quality amenities. The property is close to shopping locations. Communication with Sandy was excellent. This is a great place for a family vacation.

80th Birthday Celebration

We had an excellent trip. We had a range of ages from 1 to 80. The house was well equipped for everyone and we had no issues with check-in or the equipment in the house. The location is perfect and the beach is very calm. I would highly recommend. Hosts were excellent to work with and prompt.

Satisfied Renters

The property his in an excellent location for visiting Honolulu as well as the rest of the island. The setting on the calm bay is fabulous. The sleeping arrangements are perfect for 3 couples and 3 singles. Seating areas and patio furniture were great. The kitchen is great for cooking and is well furnished with all the appliances you need. However, the oven is small. Sandy and Ginger at Kathy Muller Vacations were great communicators.

Wonderful Stay!

Our group of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is large so we didn’t feel on top of each other. It was equipped with everything we needed. The backyard was great to sit and relax and watch the ocean. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice. For those with mobility issues be aware that there are several stairs. Sandy was an angel to work with, and was quick to answer any questions! We would definitely rent this again!

Pleasant relaxing stay

The house was perfect for me and some adult friends to comfortably visit Oahu. The location was good save for getting in and out of the driveway on to Hwy 72. Shops were conveniently located and it was easy to get to and from any 0lace on the island. The beach in front of the houescould be cleaned up your yard crew routinely. It was unattractive.

Awesome home on the beach

This house was awesome for our family get together! Beautiful views of the ocean from all over the house. The layout is great, allowing our group of 9 to have places to spread out when needed but also congregate together. The pool was clean and only 3-3.5 feet deep which was great for our young kids. We were 10-15 minutes from Waikiki and only 1 minute from a good grocery store. Most days after going to the beach or doing activities around the island, we came back to the house and hung out because the house and property were relaxing and beautiful. Up to date kitchen and gas grill gave us great options for meals. We will definitely try to stay here again whenever we return to Oahu!!

Absolutely wonderful

This is a beautiful property with everything you need for a delightful Hawaiian vacation. The house layout worked well for our multigenerational family, but there are quite a few stairs. The water is very shallow at the beach which worked well for young ones. Proximity to airport and Waikiki as well as the rest of the island is great. Although it's on a busy road, once you're in the house it's quiet and private. It's situated so you can enjoy both sunrises and sunsets from the patio. What made this place exceptional was the wonderful service provided by Sandy! She was very responsive to the issues that came up and extremely accommodating! Mahalo, mahalo!

Lovely Home

This house is comfortable, clean and relaxing. Lots of space for our family. The manager was quick with a need we had and very helpful. Fun pool and the view from the upstairs balcony is beautiful. The only thing I wish I had known is that the house is on the highway and fortunately there is a bus stop out front so you have a place to slow down to enter the gate into the parking area. It's a sharp turn in and you want to be careful entering and exiting. Wait for the traffic light to change and the traffic to slow. Very comfy home.

Great time

All was good, though the house appeared somewhat dated. The agents were always accessible, one if not the other. The oven was found to be inoperative the day before Thanksgiving, however, the agent relocated us to a very nice property for our use the entire day which worked out just fine. The Cable TV in the second master suite was in-operative throughout the stay though the agent tried in vain to have this corrected by the cable company. Overall, we had a great time.

It really is as advertised!

This is a beautiful facility, with the beach right out the back gate. The beach is shallow (not swimmable) and safe for children. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with utensils and gadgets. One of the two master bedrooms has a jacuzzi and a shower large enough for two (or more!). The swimming pool is not gated, so if you have young children, they need to be supervised. Getting in and out of the driveway is very doable even though you are on a busy street. No traffic noise. There is a hose outside but no outside shower. We had a great time and were very comfortable. Sandy responded to our silliest questions immediately and gave very clear directions to the house. All in all a wonderful stay.

Great place for a big group / family gathering

Great house, plenty of room and well appointed. Check-in process was a little overwhelming, but the house manual has all the information you ned to know. Grill was not working when we got there, but management group went above and beyond to rectify. Overall, we were very comfortable (6 adults and 2 teens) in the house - there is plenty of space to get together as a group or separate for individual activity. Location-wise you are close (10 min) to Waikiki or shopping (5 min), but you are right off the highway. Noise is not an issue, but you just have to be careful getting in and out of the property. This is a great place if you have a big group - good base of operations location-wise to get different daily activities and plenty of space to gather in the evening for a big dinner or game night. Management group was very communicative and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout the visit.

what a great time for family

We loved this property. The house is super clean and it has a dream kitchen. It is right on the water and has a nice long beach that you could walk down to the Plumeria Beach House and have a beautiful lunch. It is close to everything, grocery right down the street, restaurants and only like 15 minutes to get down to Waikiki and do a little shopping. The beach sits on a sand shelf and is very shallow (and pretty rocky) so the waves break out a bit but there are plenty of swimmable beaches right up the road 10-15 min. We had a really good time with the family and loved the fact you can pretty much open up the house with the pocket sliding patio doors. Easy for indoor and outdoor use. The pool is shallow but big enough to have a good pool volleyball game. The fancy toilets were the cracking everyone up. It was so entertaining to hear the others talking about them. Loved every minute of it!!!

Our stay in Oahu

This was a beautiful home and very accommodating for our family of 9! The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking and plenty of space for everyone to relax. The location was close to the airport as well as easy access to restaurants n grocery stores. The pool and walk out access to the beach was a definite bonus. We had a wonderful family Christmas here in Oahu. Thanks to Sandy for such a warm welcome!
