Good Stay

Property is great location, quick easy walk to beach..Generally, condo is good, but kitchen is basic, and needs some attention.. Would certainly stay again, but bring a couple beach chairs, as porch has no seating to offer..

Perfect beachside stay without oceanfront prices

Very close to the beach; comfy and safe neighborhood. Property management company was wonderful and very accommodating. Loved this property but not this particular unit since we only had 1 bathroom and upstairs foot traffic was bothersome.

Perfect for me!

Perfect location! 2 block walk to the beach, quick drive to historic distric and anything that you might need. Quiet location. Property was exceptionally clean. Look forward to returning.

Great location

I stayed here with my daughter and three of her friends and we loved it! We were only a couple of blocks from the beach and steps away from the swimming pool. Communication with the property manager was excellent - she is very friendly and quickly took care of needs that we had. Furniture and flooring looked to be brand new. One suggestion - with only one bathroom, mirrors in the two bedrooms would help with several people, getting ready at once. I would rent this unit again.

Excellent Stay!

We loved the property location close to the beach and amenities like the pool, but the best part was the great communication with the property management company. They were great about checking in before, during and after our stay. After we let them know the coffee maker wasn’t working they showed up at our door with another one to use. Amazing! The place was spotless and had everything we needed from kitchen and cleaning items to beach gear. The complex and condo were well maintained and quiet. When we are back in North Florida we would love to stay again if available. Thank you for a great vacation.

Superb holiday.

We loved our 9 nights in Fernandina Beach, 6406 Tarpon Avenue. The condo was spotless and one block from the beach. The whole area is walkable and lovely. The condo had all of the amenities you'd want. Our only negative was that there was no cable or direct tv. You could only sign onto one of your own streaming services. We had to watch the basketball tournament on our ipad. We would recommend they get cable or direct tv. Other than that, it was a perfect stay.

From day one the toilet was clogged toilet. The next day I called someone answered not friendly and frustrated I woke her up, she send a plumber 4 hrs later . I explained to her my 78 yo mother needs to use the BR frequently. In response she advised to use the pool toilet out side of the building ! They came and fixed it but it clogged again the next day , I had to fix it my self .. The parking space assigned to us was taken by someone else . I called and left a message . It took them one entire day to take care of it The images of the place was misleading . It looked like you could see the see from the backyard but when we got there the apartment did look different than the images on Expedia . I contacted them the last day and asked for partial refund . They refused . Pease be careful , these people all they care is money .They don’t care about the comfort of clients . They ruined a post Mother’s Day to my mother and pre graduation gift to my daughter … At the end…. they threatened me that if I leave a negative review , they will do the same for me !

Nicely appointed and close to the beach.

Parts of condo are newly renovated. Nice, simple appearance. Has everything you need for a temporary visit. Staff responded immediately to a couple of inquiries. Only view is of parking lot, but I did not mind because I spent so much time out. I would stay here again, but will shop around for a view.
