The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 70 mÂČ house for rent in NĂ©vez, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a lovely 30 mÂČ living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optic) included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 30 mÂČ living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140Ă190)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds ideal for children
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 30 mÂČ enclosed and private terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in the village of Port Manech in NĂ©vez, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. The nearest beach is 450 m away.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Rosporden, about 16 km away
- Nearest airport: Lorient, approx. 44 km away

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Steep stairs
