Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in the town of Narbonne, this charming flat with an area of 105 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 45 m 2, an open kitchen, two bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

Housing consists of the following:
- A living room of 45 m2 with TV, sofas, and mobile air conditioning available
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Tassimo coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: master suite with a queen-size bed (160 x 200) and a bathroom (with walk-in shower and toilet)
- Room 2: a bed (90x190) and a bed in height (90 x190)
- A laundry room with toilet and washing machine

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, table and iron.

Outside:
- Three small balconies overlooking the Canal du Midi, to enjoy the beautiful days.

The flat is ideally located in Narbonne heart of town, in a very nice environment. You can benefit from all essential shops but also shops, restaurants, bars, market (Les Halles)...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free within 10 minutes walk of the accommodation.

For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- The Gare de Narbonne is about 7 min walk
- The airport Béziers Cap d'Agde is about 35 min by car
- Free shuttle from the city center of Narbonne at the foot of the accommodation

- The end of stay cleaning includes preparing accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a proper state of cleanliness and clean the appliances after use.
