Old, detached, single-story country house renovated in 2019, pleasant to live in at the end of a cul-de-sac - Quiet area - Approximately 77.50 mÂČ - Sleeps 5. Includes a living room, fitted kitchen, one bedroom with two 140 cm beds, a second bedroom with a 140 cm bed, blankets, a bathroom between the two bedrooms with a toilet and sink, and a shower room with toilet. Washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, and three induction hobs - Large flat-screen TV in the living room - Small, enclosed garden without lawn with a concrete terrace with garden furniture, parasol, and charcoal barbecue - Parking for one car on the property - Dogs allowed, except cats - Cleaning service available: âŹ87. Optional services not included, to be reserved 1 month prior to arrival and subject to availability:

On the island of Noirmoutier, you can go at low tide to the Gois passage. Fish for clams and cockles. Taste all the seafood, fish and the famous new potato, the "Bonnotte" depending on the season. Several pine and holm oak forests are located in 3 places on the island by the sea. In Barbùtre and La GuériniÚre, pine forests and the holm oak forest in the north of the island, Plage des Dames, at Bois de la Chaize.
Enjoy the Aquatic Park with your family. You can also relax on our beautiful sandy beaches, take long bike rides on our many cycle paths. And, if you want to get off the island and spend a day in one of the big cities in France, Nantes is 1 hour away.
And, the African Safari is on the road to Nantes.
