Detached house in a large, enclosed, shaded plot facing the Eloux Forest - Comfortable - Approximately 85 m² - Sleeps 5. It includes a living room with a sitting area and a 90 cm bed - a fitted and equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, and a bedroom with a 140 cm bed with a sink. The bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets, a shower room, and a toilet. A porthole washing machine is located in the pantry, a pyrolytic oven, a mini-oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large flat-screen TV, a baby bed, and a bathtub. Garden furniture, a parasol, two sun loungers, and a deckchair are provided. The fireplace is prohibited. Parking is available on the property. Only one small dog is allowed. A cleaning fee is available: €87. Optional and non-included services, to be reserved 1 month before arrival and subject to availability:

On the island of Noirmoutier, you can go at low tide to the Gois passage. Fish for clams and cockles. Taste all the seafood, fish and the famous new potato, the "Bonnotte" depending on the season. Several pine and holm oak forests are located in 3 places on the island by the sea. In Barbatre and La Guérinière, pine forests and the holm oak forest in the north of the island, Plage des Dames, at Bois de la Chaize.
Enjoy the Aquatic Park with your family. You can also relax on our beautiful sandy beaches, take long bike rides on our many cycle paths. And, if you want to get off the island and spend a day in one of the big cities in France, Nantes is 1 hour away.
