Quality and charming single-story country house, renovated in 2023 in an enclosed garden at the end of a cul-de-sac - Quiet area - Approximately 72 mÂČ - Sleeps 4 - Living room with lounge area - Fitted and equipped kitchen - Two bedrooms each with a 180 cm bed and closets - Shower room with double sink unit / separate toilet - Folding baby bed with sheets and mattress - Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob - Nespresso machine & large stone grill - 1 large flat-screen TV in the living room and 1 TV in each bedroom - Enclosed garden with garden furniture, parasol & 4 deckchairs, charcoal barbecue - Parking in the garden for 2 cars - Pets not allowed. Cleaning fee available: âŹ87. Optional and non-included services, to be reserved 1 month before arrival and subject to availability:

On the island of Noirmoutier, you can go at low tide to the Passage du Gois. Fish for clams and cockles. Taste all the seafood, fish and the famous new potato, the "Bonnotte" depending on the season. Several pine and holm oak forests are located in 3 places on the island by the sea. In Barbùtre and La GuériniÚre, pine forests and the holm oak forest in the north of the island, Plage des Dames, at Bois de la Chaize.
You can also relax on our beautiful sandy beaches, take long bike rides on our many cycle paths. And, if you want to get off the island and spend a day in one of the big cities in France, Nantes is 1 hour away.
And, the African Safari is on the road to Nantes.
