Our 4ha property is nestled in the heart of Périgord nature.

Our welcome is familiar and warm. The setting is green, the environment peaceful and relaxing.

Our accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility and young children (rooms upstairs).

Housing:

Our 3 rooms are located upstairs, as well as a bathroom (to be shared with other travelers) and a toilet. They are located in a part of the house, separate from our private part. In common with us, the living/dining room, the terrace and the swimming pool. You can also walk at will in our 4ha of forest. A picnic table is at your disposal in our meadow. The two largest rooms have a view of the garden and the pool. The smallest overlooks the river and the Valley road.

To rent the other two rooms, look at the ads "elegant charm room" and "country charm room". We have decorated everything with care and hope you enjoy the atmosphere of each of the rooms. We provide sheets, towels and pool towels. See you soon!

Passenger access:

The entrance door is common and overlooks the living/dining room. The opening and closing of this door is managed by us. You then access the floor reserved for travelers by a dedicated staircase. Everyone has a key to his room, which he keeps for the entire duration of the stay with us. The bathroom and toilets are part of the shared spaces, but only with other travelers. They are checked daily for everyone's comfort. The maximum number of travelers is six (3 double rooms).

Other remarks:

We live in a beautiful region: the Périgord, known for its gastronomy, its history and its architectural heritage. Near us, you can visit the castles of Biron or Bonaguil, or the bastides of Monflanquin, Monpazier, Penne d'Agenais and Tournon d'Agenais. In Gavaudun, our village, every Sunday evening in July and August, you can blend in with the warm atmosphere of the gourmet market.

The cities of Agen (60km), Bergerac (50km) and Cahors (70km) are about an hour away by car. Villeneuve sur Lot (30km) is 30 minutes away.

There is a pharmacy, a grocery store, a small restaurant and a butcher/charcuterie in the nearby village, 2.5km away (Lacapelle-Biron). Other shops are located in Fumel and Montayral (17km). The nearest train station is in Monsempron-Libos, 16km away.

You can also entertain yourself at the tree climbing located 1.5km from the house (also presence of a swimming pool and mini-golf).

Note: we have chickens and a rooster (often free). We also have a dog and 3 cats, but the floor where the rooms are, is forbidden to them. It is also for this reason that we do not accept additional animals. Thank you for your understanding.
