You’ll be a short walk from the Silverthorne Recreation Center, which features four pools, water slides, indoor athletic courts, a sauna, and a steam room.

Perfect for year-round entertainment, Keystone Resort and Lake Dillon are both within a 15-minute drive.

LIVING AREA

After a fun-filled day of alpine adventures, cozy up on the couch or armchair in front of the gas fireplace. A 54” Roku TV and surround sound sets the scene for movie nights.

The second bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a 40” Roku TV. The spacious en-suite bathroom offers a tub/shower combination and is also accessible via the hallway.

Although this condo is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with the mild summer weather in the mountains at elevation 8,700’.

Please note this second-floor unit is only accessible by a flight of stairs. No smoking in the unit.

THE LOCATION

Location is the name of the game at this newly constructed Silverthorne townhome. Nestled along the Blue River, your rental is just steps from the 65,000 square foot Silverthorne Recreation Center, which features four swimming pools, three slides, indoor basketball and volleyball, an indoor track, exercise rooms, a sauna, and a steam room.

In winter months, days on the slopes are made easy with five ski areas located within 16 miles. In warmer months, head 10 minutes to Lake Dillon for ample aquatic activities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
