Watch the sun come up over the Atlantic each morning at Pyramid 9G, a two-bedroom, oceanfront condo with commanding views of the beach below.

The air-conditioned interior is breezy and open, offering tile floors, flatscreen TVs in the living room and bedrooms, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to an oceanfront balcony. Enjoy a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, an adjacent dining area, and such at-home comforts as free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

The Pyramid is an Ocean City landmark, offering a unique architectural design and a prime location on the beachfront. Enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and an oceanfront deck on the grounds, as well as easy access to a shopping center and public tennis courts directly across the street. Here on Coastal Highway, you'll be within blocks of all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is less than two miles north, while Fenwick Island is just over three miles north across the Delaware state line.

A $40 nonrefundable registration fee is required.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

My family and I have been staying at The Pyramid for the past 14 years. We love the location and the all-ocean-facing rooms. 9G is a lovely property - it was light and airy, nice furniture, clean, working TVs, good A/C. The negatives: broken disposal, beds weren't very comfortable.On the last day we were out of the property as instructed by 10 am. As we've done every year, we went to enjoy a couple of hours at the beach before leaving. After going to the beach until noon, we went to our car to get personal items to shower in the first floor restrooms. While we were walking to the bathrooms, we were approached by Butch Bishop, who advised that check out was at 10 and our parking permit was expired. We advised that we were taking quick showers on the FIRST FLOOR, had already checked out of our room, and would be leaving shortly. He told us the parking permit expired; the permit says "8/15." It does not have a time stamp on it.While I was getting dressed and getting my daughter dressed, I received a phone call from Vacasa telling me that Mr. Bishop called and told Vacasa that we were returning to our room to shower. This is not true. We (1) told him we were showering on the first floor, and (2) did, in fact, shower on the first floor.In the 15 minutes between our conversation with Mr. Bishop and our shower, someone put a "TOWING NOTICE" on our car despite the slip stating "8/15." He said that because check out was at 10, it was presumed the permit expired at 10 am.

The condo needed floor cleaned my socks were black. Couldn’t buy an extra parking pass for my daughter. Pine trees on your lot at the Pyramid were dripped sap on my car.

Overall nice unit

Overall a nice place to stay. The kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils (for those who like to cook on vacation!) and the beds weren't the most comfortable, but they got the job done. We would consider staying here again in the future.

Very spacious , clean loved the two full bathrooms and bedrooms !! Excellent view of the beach . No complaints at all definitely recommend 💯.

Location is wonderful, beach access, pool, grocery store all walkable. Security is a plus always enjoy our time there. This year was disappointing. The condo was beat up, broken glasses, broken coffee pot and no pots to cook with. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job as the floor was filthy!

Terrible - Unit was Filthy, Staff Terrible

Upon check in the unit was filthy. There was 1/4 build up of dust on the windows, ceiling/box fans, mold in the kitchen/coffee pot, wods of hair under the beds, sand all over the floors/under rugs, stains on the sheets, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, broken dining room chair, no lock on slider (9th floor with kids). It looked like the unit hadn’t been cleaned in months. We spent 7 hours once we checked in cleaning the unit to even feel comfortable sleeping/cooking/eating in it. While Vacasa did refund our cleaning fee I still was not satisfied. The pool was never open @ 9am due to cleaning, everyone claims understaffed which I get but then don’t rent out units you cannot adequately clean. When you go on vacation you want to walk in and relax not deal with all that. Never again this building or Vacasa.

The Pyramid 9G

The location was great, ocean front and close to everything. The beach wasn’t as overcrowded as it is when staying directly on the boardwalk. We all enjoyed the pool as well. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. The washer and dryer in the unit was convenient to stay on top of towels. I gave this unit 3 stars because we spent the first day cleaning. The floors had not been swept, each was covered with so much sand and dirt we did not remove our shoes until we finished cleaning. There were empty water bottles left behind in the bedrooms, as well as other garbage on the floors, and the sheets in two of the beds were covered in sand. The toilets were dirty, the bathrooms were covered with hair in the shower, in the sinks, and on the floor. It looked like spaghetti had exploded in the microwave. I responded to a text I received after arriving, asking about the cleanliness of the room, letting them know how filthy it was, and received a response which said, sorry for the inconvenience, hope you enjoy the rest of your stay. When we checked out I mentioned it again and was told I should have let them know. I did let them know.

Great time at the Pyramid

Clean properly and stunning views of sunrise and sunsets. Close to most attractions. The staff was professional and courteous. Definitely a go to for a fabulous family vacation in OCMD.

Nice location

The condo complex is in a nice location. Close to grocery, restaurants, and convenient stores for any needs you may have. The unit itself was pretty dirty when we arrived. I cleaned the bathrooms because of hair left behind and had to purchase slippers because the floors were pretty dirty our first night. They seemed vacuumed but not washed. The kitchen lacked some things to cook with, but had space for us to put the items we brought. I would HIGHLY recommend you bring your own sheets! The ones rented from Vacasa are horrendous. Like sleeping between sandpaper. They did provide towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap, washer pods, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper and paper towels. The pool is heated and stays open until 8pm. There was a lifeguard there during that time as well, but take note, you can't take any 'toys' into the pool or floaties like a noodle. There was a nice wash station coming back off the beach. Although we enjoyed staying in this complex, I don't believe we will be staying in this particular unit again.

Nice Unit

The unit was clean and the pool was terrific. The A/C didn't cool down the unit for the two days we were there, never got lower than 73. It was OK just not as cool as we would have liked. The key to the door stuck on the way in and on the way out. Was a time consuming pain.
