**Please note there is no access to the garage and you MUST have 4WD/AWD and proper tires in the winter in order to be able to navigate the driveway.**

Guests have access to the entire house minus a private owner closet and the garage.

This house is located approximately 15 minutes to the base of the ski area.

PROVIDED ITEMS:

The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.

The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.

There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

PLEASE NOTE:
> There is no air conditioning (most places do not have it in our area!)
> There are outdoor security cameras on-site.
> The owner is allergic to animals, which poses a threat to her health and safety, so we cannot host an animal of any kind at this home, including service animals.
> This house sits at approximately 10,000ft. Please visit the CDC website regarding information and recommendations about visiting high altitudes.
> Parking Limit: 4 (no garage access, outside parking only)
> Events that exceed the maximum occupancy are not permitted.
> The minimum age to rent is 25.
> 4WD/AWD vehicle is necessary due to steep mountain terrain. Please note there is no access to the garage.
> The private hot tub requires weekly service so stays longer than 4 nights may have a hot tub contractor stop by.
