Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, it comprises :
- a sleeping area with a 3-bed bunk bed;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- bathroom;
- a living room with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day's outing.
The following facilities will be at your disposal: Wifi, Hairdryer, Television, Washing machine, Crib, Coffee machine, Fan, Microwave, Hot water, Balcony, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Pets are welcome.
One of the apartment's assets is its brightness. It is also highly appreciated for its location:
- quiet parking 100 m away;
- excellent location (village on foot, many shops nearby);
- exceptional view of the Aracis mountain range (sunset);
- in a very quiet residence;
- lake or swimming nearby;
- park with many activities (hiking, skiing, paragliding, climbing).
Places of interest close to the accommodation:
- Saint-Gervais-les-Bains Tourist Office, an 11-minute walk away;
- Mont Blanc tramway - Saint Gervais station 20 minutes away;

In winter, Saint-Gervais has two ski areas and over 500 km of pistes in the heart of an exceptional environment. Whether you're a fan of downhill skiing, snowshoeing, ski touring or just snowy landscapes, you're bound to find something to please you. Ski to the BETTEX gondola at the foot of the building.
In summer, Saint-Gervais is a paradise for nature lovers. Hiking, climbing, via-ferrata, swimming, mountaineering, mountain biking, tennis, paragliding, bungee jumping... Young and old alike can take a deep breath of fresh air right in the heart of the mountains and alpine pastures. Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc is not just about sport, it's also about culture and discovery. Two of the region's most renowned Baroque churches, two museums, artists' residences and art exhibitions all year round.

Close to the gondola lifts, bus station and town center.
Saint-Gervais-les-Bains-le Fayet train station: 12 minutes by car.
Chambéry-Savoie airport: 1 hour 30 minutes by car.
