Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 160 m² chalet with sauna and mountain views for rent in Gérardmer. It can accommodate up to 12 guests. It has a lovely 49 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of around 2,000 m². With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A bright 49 m² living room with a lounge area (TV, sofas (including a double sofa bed), armchair) and a dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. and a dining area
- Bedroom 1: a double sofa bed and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) and en-suite bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
- A utility room

First floor:
- Bedroom 3 and 4 : king-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 5: bunk bed with pull-out bed (sleeps 3) and fold-out sofa bed
- A shower room with shower, WC and sauna access (free all year round)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside (south-facing):
- A beautiful, private, unenclosed garden of 2,000 m².
- A 45 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather (a table with built-in wooden benches, a barbecue, a brazier with wooden pallet seats).

The chalet is ideally located in Gérardmer, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the chalet (up to 5 vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Remiremont, about 30 km away
- Nearest airport: Basel-Mulhouse, about 100 km away
