In the town of BELZ, a pretty contemporary single-story house adapted to PMR standards, with a garden. Located 2km from the town center of BELZ and its shops, 1.5km from the Ria d'ETEL, 16km from Carnac, and 25km from Quiberon.
This 4-room house (approx. 86mÂČ, ground floor) sleeps 6. It includes an entrance hall, a first bedroom with two single beds, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, a third bedroom with a double bed, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, sink, dishwasher, extractor hood, oven, microwave, stovetop, etc.) opening onto the living room with access to the terrace and garden, a toilet with a washbasin, a laundry room, and a shower room. Terrace and garden with outdoor furniture.
