I have spent years restoring this historic home myself and have created a beautiful and comfortable space. A block from the University of Utah, nestled in the University Historic District and steps from dining, shopping, parks, and recreation. Only a 30-45 min drive up three main canyons for skiing and snowboarding.
Full of original art and antiques from around the world and with a quiet, fenced yard with outdoor lounging & dining. I live here several months a year and rent out the remaining months. I invite you into my home to enjoy what it offers you! Max 4 guests. No cats, and dogs accepted upon approval.
House address: 1260 E 100 S
Access to garage for parking one car:
From 100 S, enter Douglas St, turn left onto the alley right after the garage on the left. At the end of the alley is the garage. The turn onto the alley is tight so you will probably have to make a 2 or 3 point turn and there isnât enough room to turn around at the garage so you will need to back out, just be slow and careful!
Tenants in loft above garage are allowed to store items in garage and pull up to garage to load/unload for a limited time.
There are a few lovely plants to keep you company and all they ask in return is a some water and a little love. I will send reminders for when to water.
