Stay in fabulous YORK BEACH, just minutes away from Short Sands Beach, Amusements, Shopping, Restaurants and more!! This wonderful home is full of character, charm and plenty of room to sleep your family of 10.

The home has 4 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bath...ALL NEW BEDS (2 Queen, 4 Twin & a new pull-out sofa). Ceiling fans in each bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. Wonderful yard space and a location that you just cannot beat!! Outside deck with a long picnic table with benches, 2 brand new rockers on the front porch, 5G Internet service, DVD/BlueRay, games and books for family and downtime.

A generator is on hand too, in case a brief afternoon shower brings on a power outage.

This property is pet-friendly and well-behaved pets are always welcome! So of course there is no extra fee for bringing your pet, please check the property description and House rules for more details.

Just up the road from the Goldenrod and all that York Beach has to offer. Your family won't be disappointed with this fabulous find! Stay in this home away from home, and we guarantee you'll want to come back year after year!

very good location cant beat it. Minute walk to bars and beach. its an old house but overall comfortable stay, would come back! Could use better linens - thicker cover, there was only thin sheet provided. Could also have a pin pad for door instead of only 1 key for the whole group.

The online property description was a little bit confusing as far as number of bedrooms. The place was a cluttered with extra furniture—it would've been easier to move around if they got rid of some of the extra furniture. But overall, it was a spacious and very well-functioning house. The property manager was very responsive when we had problems getting logged into the Wi-Fi I and she brought us an extension cord that we needed for one of the fans. All-new appliances including washer and dryer. The bedrooms are well-suited for a two family situation with children.

Plenty of room, but old and musty

The house was a bit musty and smelled when we arrived. I don’t think the listing accurately described the beds because one of the beds was much smaller than a queen, maybe full size. There’s lots of room in the house, but they layout is odd and the furniture was not very comfortable. Great location but not a great place to hang out in.
