Bedroom 1 (with en-suite shower room): 160cm bed, clothes storage, air conditioning for optimum comfort. Private bathroom with shower and washbasin.

Bedroom 2: Bunk bed and a 90cm bed, with clothes storage and air-conditioning.

Bedroom 3: 160cm bed, storage space for clothes, air-conditioning.

Shower room: Shower, washbasin and WC.

Separate toilet: Accessible from the common room, for greater comfort.

Living room: Bright space opening onto fully equipped kitchen. TV and Wi-Fi connection. A desk is also available in the room for work.

Fully equipped kitchen: Nespresso machine, kettle, oven, fridge, hob and all the equipment you need for your meals.

Outdoor terrace: Large 100m² terrace with outdoor table and garden furniture to enjoy al fresco dining or simply relax outdoors.

Cycle path in front of the house, leading easily to the beaches, to the town of Le Moulleau (10 minutes), to Péreire beach (5 minutes) and to the center of Arcachon (10 minutes).

The Abatilles neighborhood extends southwards from Péreire to the village of Le Moulleau.
