Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a living room, adjoining a fully equipped kitchen, with a dining area ideal for your social gatherings. The house also features a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a perfectly exposed and equipped courtyard for your al fresco meals or moments of relaxation, all with no overlooking view.

Upstairs, you will find three large bedrooms, each equipped with a 140 cm bed and offering plenty of storage space for your comfort. A second separate toilet is also located on this floor. The third bedroom has convenient access to a hallway leading to the laundry room and the courtyard.

The house is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay: a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, electric and gas hobs, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, and a patio furniture set including a table, chairs, a parasol, and a barbecue. Wi-Fi is included for your convenience.
