Welcome to this beautiful, carefully renovated family village house, located on Place des Planets in Sernhac. With a surface area of 200 m², it offers all the modern comforts and relaxation spaces for the whole family.
Outside, enjoy the large terrace 🌞 with an aperitif BBQ area 🍖, several resting spots 🛋️, and a small pool 🏊♀️ to cool off. You'll appreciate the stunning view of the Gard countryside 🌿. The terrace also has a large table for outdoor meals, seating up to 12 people 🍽️.
Inside, you'll find a spacious dining room 🍴, a comfortable living room with a large TV 📺, and a well-equipped kitchen corner 🍳. The house has 4 bedrooms with 160x200 beds and 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers 🚿. For large families or groups of adults, a dormitory room for 4 people with bunk beds is available. The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning in the dormitory and living room, and each bedroom has a convector heater.
