Agence Cocoonr offers this charming 110 mÂČ house with wifi (fiber optics) for rent in Lamballe-Armor, which can accommodate up to 7 travelers. It features an attractive 35 mÂČ living room (with fireplace), fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and an 800 mÂČ garden. Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- 35 mÂČ living room with TV, fireplace (wood not supplied)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Three bedrooms with 1 single bed and 3 queen-size beds (160Ă200)
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, iron.

- A beautiful 800 mÂČ garden, fully enclosed grounds + terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Planguenoual, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
