Welcome to our stunning 2br 2ba completely remodeled condo with amazing water view, centrally located minutes away from Table Rock Lake, Golf courses, Branson Landing, the 76 Strip, Shows, Restaurants, Silver Dollar City, Outlets and a lot more. Large screen Smart TV, electric fire place, Wi-Fi internet, washer/dryer…

Table Rock lake and Moonshine Beach is 5 min drive enjoy swimming, kayaking, rent a boat/Jet ski at state park Marina.

Fall Creek Marina with the boat rentals is within the resort area (appx 3min drive) on a beautiful Taneycomo lake which is famous for trout fishing( fishing gear is available for rent at fall creek marina)
Spend a day playing golf on any of the golf courses, closest one is Point Royale.
Silver Dollar City is 15 min drive where this world famous park has fun rides, shows and delicious food for whole family.
After a fun day exploring Branson come back and enjoy amazing water view from the balcony.
Kitchen: Custom fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay ( fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, utensils, dishes and basic condiments. (Paper towels, dishwasher detergent, soap provided)

This was the perfect little get a way for my birthday weekend. Perfectly located around everything to do in Branson! The condo is updated and extremely clean. The deck on the back was perfect for a late night cap for me and my husband. There are two bedrooms, one in the loft, which we stayed there versus the king size bedroom on the main floor, mainly due to me immediately taking everything up the stairs before looking around. We definitely plan to stay here again. Oh, and it’s within walking distance of a Mexican restaurant with the best food and margs in the area! I give the host 5 stars!

Nice Location, Modern Place, lacks amenities

The location is nice and quiet, extremely clean and decorated very modern. If you are looking for basic accommodations, safe area, this location is more than acceptable. I would like to call out a few things that are lacking. The condo sleeps 6 people, but it would be uncomfortable and two of the beds are futons and are not comfortable at all. Having futons for sofa's is not comfortable when you are wanting to sit around and relax on "soft" furniture. There are very limited towels and washcloths. For our stay there were 3 of us and we were given 6 towels and 4 washcloths. There is a washer/dryer comb, however, you can only wash or dry, small loads and you cannot wash/dry at the same time. Also, if you are big coffee drinkers, would recommend taking your own coffee pot as the coffee pot in this condo is five cups. The bed in the downstairs room is very comfortable. The bed in the upstairs room is very uncomfortable and squeaks every time someone moves. In addition for travelers, an iron and ironing board would be very helpful to have. The door has a video doorbell which was concerning to me, and made us wonder if we were being watched coming and going. This property was just not the best for our families and things we are accustom to having when we travel.

Conference Stay

Wonderful relaxing place to overnight during days of conference meetings. Quiet, very clean, well supplied, and convenient. I loved this VRBO Branson condo!

PLEASANT PEACFUL WORKCATION

This property provided a very peaceful clean and beautiful location to spend the weekend for a work conference. Very affordable and much less than booking at the Lodge. Thank you.

Cute and cozy

This space was just right for what we needed during our stay in Branson. Check in process was smooth. Unit was very clean and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Tab bit tricky to find at first but if you sort of ignore your nav if you are following one and look more to the directions sent by the host you’ll be okay. Overall great stay. Very quiet while we were there in January.

Girls weekend trip!

A few friends and I stayed for the weekend and it was so quiet and peaceful! About 10 minutes away from all the activities we had planned! It was an excellent stay!

Nice place & location

We had a great time in Branson and the condo was clean for the most part. There were hairs on the master bedroom headboard, which was a bit disturbing. Overall, the place was clean and quiet. The coffee maker is very small & slow but definitely gets the job done.

The shower curtain was covered in pink mold. There was old food under the couches. The place smelled so bad it was nauseating every time you walked in. The ad clearly states 2 futons in the lining room. A queen in the loft with a futon and a king bed in the bedroom. There is no futon in the loft. When contacted the owner he basically just described the room as I described it to him. The futons absolute can not be slept on. You are better off on the floor. We had to purchase an air mattress to makeup for the missing bed. You can tell whoever cleans the place just does the very least they have to.

It was nice place except you couldnt step out on the balcony. Door was locked. Coffee maker didnt work well.

Great Time

We had a great time staying in Branson. The location is perfect in a quiet complex. A short distance to most attractions. It was my husband, daughter, son-in-law and their two children. The upstairs loft worked great for us. Our daughter and her family were downstairs. The children liked the open space. Would recommend a handrail for the upper portion of the stairs to the loft and possibly a gate to block them off for younger children. Thanks so much for a great place to stay. We would definitely stay again the next time we are in Branson.

Perfect size and location

We just got back from our stay. This condo was perfect for us. 4 adults and a 2 year old. The space was just what we needed and the location was the best. It’s off the main road so not as much traffic and easy to get to everything. The owners are ver prompt when returning messages. We would definitely stay again.

Very Dirty

We arrived to find the condo very dirty. We had to wash the sheets ourselves because they had not been cleaned from the previous occupants and there were not other bedding to change out. The bathroom sinks and tub faucets and drains hadn't been cleaned for a long, long time. He blamed in on hard water, but they came clean with not much work. The bathroom mats were filthy. We could not walk bare foot because the floors had not be swept. Also the shower curtains we very stained. There were dead and live ants on the counter and sink, dead flies on the floor. The bedroom lamp switch was also broken and could be used. Overall just a nasty place. I had contacted the owner, who in turn sent me pictures showing that it had been cleaned. He lives in California and this condo is in Branson, so I'm not sure how in confirmed this. After our complaints and requests for another unit or a refund, he granted me a refund of the cleaning fee. It's really a shame since it could have been a nice stay if only it were clean.

So so…

Although it was cute (modern red refrigerator and decor mixed with black, grey and white) it was not the most comfortable. Living room bench/beds were definitely not comfortable to sit on and there was an ant problem that made sitting in the living room more uncomfortable. We were also dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the bathrooms - baseboards were filthy.
