LES GETS RENTAL: Studio apartment equipped for up to 2 people, high-quality, located on the 1st floor of the "LE GALAXY" residence (elevator) in the heart of the village, with a surface area of ??approximately 21.48 m². Located 75 m from the shops, 400 m from the ESF ski school, and 210 m from the Chavannes cable car, at the intersection of Rue du Centre and Rue du Chêne. Shops are located on the ground floor of the residence. E4 on the tourist office map. Central heating. Free Wi-Fi. Sheets and towels included in the rental. Laundry room in the basement equipped with a washing machine and dryer, plus storage shelves for all apartments in the residence.
DESCRIPTION: Entrance to the fully equipped kitchenette (small refrigerator, 2 electric hobs, oven, microwave, extractor hood, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, upper and lower cupboards with plenty of dishes) - Living/dining room with 1 double bed + 1 single sofa bed, bay windows opening onto a balcony - 1 bathroom (sink, toilet, bathtub) - Pets not allowed. No smoking.
Bed linens and towels are included in the rental. End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the rental; this is an optional extra; see agency services.
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
