Take the paved driveway up to the secluded log cabin. Enjoy rocking chairs or the dining table on the front porch.

Inside there's a fully equipped kitchen with coffee bar. The living room has a smart TV and the cabin has high speed fiber wifi.

In the evening, start a fire outdoors or enjoy the hot tub on the back patio.

We also offer an early check-in at 2:00 PM for an additional fee. Contact the owner if you're interested.

Nice private property. All was good and as advertised. Would book again. Hot tub was great after a long day of hiking. No contact with the owner was needed as we had all we needed.

We had a wonderful 3 day stay at Almost Hiking! The cabin was well supplied and we appreciated the little things provided for our pets. We didn’t need to reach out to the owners during our stay (everything was perfect) and when I had questions prior to our stay, we received quick responses. We enjoyed using the hot tub and fire pit. It was pretty convenient getting to the state park to enjoy our hikes. The cabin was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Quiet settings with a great view of the stars! We would love to stay here again for future trips to Hocking.

Graduation Weekend Cabin

Found this cozy little cabin to stay in so we could attend for our grandson’s. Very spacious, clean and secluded. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great place to stay

This cute cabin had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was super clean. We enjoyed eating outside on the front deck as well as sitting out in the rockers with our coffee in the morning. Convenient location, about 20 minute from Hocking Hills.

This cabin was perfect. It was close to the city but not to far from Hocking Hill trails. It was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend.

Great Vacation Cabin

WE had a very clean house Welcoming us when we arrived. Just hid enough in the trees off the road to make it a great place to stay.. Spacious, everything we needed, and more. A pleasure to stay there. A great surprise when I found a washer and dryer (which isn't listed in the Amenities). we truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again.

Great location, very roomy and enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. Just a heads up, the driveway is steep at the road.

Girls trip

The cabin was just as described. The only Downfall we experienced was the well water really smelled like rotten eggs. I know it isn’t the owners fault but it was pretty bad. The blankets also had a musty smell probably from the well water.

Family Hike

The cabin was perfect. We arrived early and the awesome owner let us check in earlier. My family went on many hikes and enjoyed the hot tub after. We utilized the fire pit and had long talks on front porch with my granddaughter who wants to live there forever.
